John Kenneth Miano

John Kenneth Miano is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network operations and transmission engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Transmission Engineer at Console Connect since April 2023, Miano is responsible for 24/7 fault management, network diagnostics, and service assurance for PCCW Global's DWDM and SDH transmission networks. Prior to this, from February 2022 to May 2023, Miano worked as a Transmission NOC Engineer at PCCW Global Limited, focusing on first-line maintenance and event management. Miano's earlier tenure at Globe Telecom spanned nearly nine years, during which roles included Tier 2 Network Engineer, Network Operations Team Lead, and Network Operations Center Engineer. Miano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from FEU Institute of Technology, obtained in 2013.
