Jude Mate

Jude Mate has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Jude has held various roles in different companies. Jude'smost recent position was as the Head of Products and Marketing at Consolidated Bank Ghana since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Royal Bank as the Ag. Head of Consumer Banking and Head of Consumer Business Development & Sales. Before that, they were at Vodafone Ghana as an Online Strategy Marketing Manager and Key Segment Marketing Manager. Jude also has experience at Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited as a Products Officer and at Ecobank Ghana PLC as a Transaction Bank Officer and Customer Care Officer. Additionally, they worked at Frontiers Developers as a Project Manager in the Real Estate and Construction sector.

Jude Mate attended Ridge Church School from 1988 to 1995, where they completed their B.E.C.E. In 1996, they enrolled at Mfantsipim School and graduated in 1998 with an S.S.C.E. After that, they pursued a B/A Psychology degree at the University of Ghana from 2000 to 2004. Later, they attended the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a 2nd degree in Human Resources.
