Kari Juni has extensive experience in customer care, technical support, and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Care at Consolidated Communications since December 2017, Kari is responsible for customer satisfaction and retention, leading teams and implementing strategic communication and training initiatives. Prior to this role, Kari held positions such as Sr. Director of Customer Care and Director of Customer Operations at Enventis Telecom Inc, demonstrating a strong commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences and effectively managing sizable budgets. Earlier career experiences include roles at HickoryTech and U S WEST, focusing on team management, process improvements, and project coordination. Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Speech Communications from St. Cloud State University.
