Pam Lehrke

Pam Lehrke, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Pam started their career in 1988 at Festival Foods Minnesota, where they served as a Lead Customer Service Representative, overseeing the activities of a large customer service team. In 1994, they joined HickoryTech/Enventis, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Product Manager - Access, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. During their time at HickoryTech/Enventis, they were responsible for various tasks such as managing vendor relations, coordinating product deployments, and writing business requirements for software applications. In 2012, Pam became the President/Owner of Janesville Mini Storage. Pam later transitioned to Consolidated Communications in 2013, where they served as the Director of Network Planning and Strategy, responsible for executing the company's mission and establishing strategic alliances. Pam then took on the role of Senior Director of Sales Operations, managing sales enablement tools and prospecting for fiber asset sales. Pam's most recent position is as an Adjunct Professor at South Central College, where they teach as a part-time faculty member.

Pam Lehrke holds an MBA from Concordia University-St. Paul, obtained from 2011 to 2013. Pam also has a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) certification from the University of St. Thomas in 2001. Earlier, they completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from Bemidji State University between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, Pam obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Mesabi Range Community and Technical College from 1989 to 1991. In terms of certifications, they have acquired various qualifications, including Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges' Business Administration Specialist and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification. Pam also holds the ZoomInfo Certification for Operations and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification.
