Phillip Williams Jr

Phillip Williams Jr is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in outside plant (OSP) engineering and management. Currently serving as an OSP Engineer II at Consolidated Communications since February 2021, Phillip previously held engineering positions at Qwest Communications and CenturyLink from April 1986 to April 2019. Additional experience includes a role as OSP Engineering Manager at Pearce Services LLC from April 2019 to February 2021.
