Joseph Emery has extensive work experience in mechanical engineering roles. Joseph started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Sulzer from July 2001 to December 2002. Joseph then worked at Freightliner LLC as a Mechanical Engineer, specializing in driveline vibration calculations and custom component design, from January 2003 to November 2004.

Following that, Emery joined Electro Scientific Industries as a Senior Mechanical & Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for designing sub-systems for automated electronic component test and inspection systems. Joseph worked on tasks such as DUT contacting, motion control, and operator safety from November 2004 to April 2013.
