Marci Jackson

Marci Jackson has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, spanning over two decades. Marci began their career as a Guest Service Team Leader at Target from 1994 to 1996, focusing on sales, customer service, and team member satisfaction. Marci then joined Express Personnel Services as a Personnel Supervisor, where they performed various HR functions such as recruiting, training, complaint resolution, and payroll management.

In 1998, Marci moved to Warn Industries as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for a wide range of HR duties for ten years. Marci then progressed to become the Director of Human Resources at Warn Industries from 2010 to 2012, overseeing HR operations, strategy development, recruitment, training, and safety programs.

Marci then joined Consolidated Metco in 2013, starting as the Director of Human Resources and later transitioning to the role of Director of Talent Management. In their most recent role, they now serves as the Director of Corporate Human Resources & Global Talent Management. Their responsibilities include managing HR functions, developing HR policies, talent management, and supporting various strategic initiatives.

Marci Jackson completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Marci also obtained a certification in "Implementing Winning Strategies" from Columbia Business School Executive Education in 2019.
