Mark Dozier

Mark Dozier has over 20 years of work experience in engineering roles. From 1999 to 2017, they worked at Cummins Inc. in various positions, including Assistant Chief Engineer, Assistant Technical Project Leader, Engineering Manager, and Technical Project Leader. During this time, they represented the Application Engineering function as a core team member for engine development programs and managed a group of design and validation engineers. In 2017, they joined Consolidated Metco as an Applications Engineering Manager and later served as a Design Engineering Manager before becoming the Director of Wheel End Design Engineering in 2022.

Mark Dozier completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the period of 1995 to 1999. Mark also obtained additional certifications such as "Building Business Acumen" from Acumen Learning and "Building & Leading Effective Teams" from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
