David Benton

David Benton is a seasoned professional in project controls with a diverse background in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Project Controls Manager at CONSOLIDATED NUCLEAR SECURITY, LLC since May 2019, David's previous experience includes directing the Facilities and Land Management for the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, overseeing a team responsible for a significant capital program portfolio of over 50 projects totaling $160 million. Prior roles include Project Controls Manager and Analyst at B&W Y-12 LLC, where David managed cost and scheduling for U.S. projects, and Chief Accountant at URS, where financial oversight and budget management were key responsibilities. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University.
