Pete Deaver

Pete Deaver has extensive experience in the utility and construction management sectors. Currently serving as a Municipal Sale Representative at Consolidated Pipe and Supply since March 2018, Pete also owns and operates PCJ Construction and Consulting Management, working in underground utilities, land clearing, hauling, and water and sewer infrastructure. Prior roles include Superintendent for the City of Jacksonville, NC, managing over 300 miles of water and sewer lines and a $4 million operational budget from August 2009 to April 2018, and Superintendent for the City of Havelock from February 2006 to August 2009. Additionally, Pete served as Technical Operations Supervisor for ONWASA from May 1993 to February 2006. Educational qualifications include completion of the Utility Management Institute in 2011 and certifications in Water Distribution and Wastewater Collections with NCAWWA. Pete is a graduate of Richlands High School (1986).
