Mike Hoffmann

Mike Hoffmann has extensive experience in the manufacturing and operational sectors, currently serving as the Process Parts Production Manager and General Manager at Valmet since April 2015. In addition to these roles, Mike has held the position of General Manager at J&L Fiber Services, Inc., a Valmet Company, and previously at J&L Precision Castings until May 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Integration and Operational Excellence at SPS Fasteners from October 2013 to March 2015, and Director of Operations at J&L Fiber Services from January 2005 to September 2013. Mike Hoffmann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University between 1984 and 1988.
