Kathrin Ohlinger

Kathrin Ohlinger has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kathrin started their career at ICW (InterComponentWare) in 2003, where they worked in the Personalwesen department until 2010. In 2010, they joined consolut and held various roles, including Verwaltung & Marketing from May 2010 to January 2016, Head of Recruitment from January 2016 to November 2020, and currently, they serve as the Head Of Human Resources starting December 2020.

Kathrin Ohlinger's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Carl-Bosch-Gymnasium in Ludwigshafen and obtained their Abitur degree in 1998. In 1995, they also spent a year studying at Reno High School in Washoe County, NV, where they graduated. Later, from 2000 to 2003, Kathrin pursued a European Executive Assistant diploma at ABB Automation Products, focusing on Business Administration, English, and the Organization of the European Union. Their education continued at IHK Rhein-Neckar from 2004 to 2006, where they completed a degree in Personalfachkauffrau, specializing in Personalwesen und Organisationsentwicklung.
