Senior Engineer at CONSOR Engineers

Andrew Mitchell, PE has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Andrew began their career as an Engineering Intern at CH2M HILL in 2007, where they gained valuable experience. In 2009, they worked as an Engineering Intern at HDR, further developing their skills. Andrew then served as the News Editor at Pacifican newspaper, University of the Pacific from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Receptionist at Area 12 Agency on Aging.

In 2011, Andrew joined CH2M HILL again, this time as a Transportation Engineer. During their time there, they supported senior staff on various projects, including highway and interchange design, mine site remediation, and building site design. Andrew worked on projects for clients such as the Ohio DOT, the United States Bureau of Reclamation, Yukon Government, Nevada DOT, and Axiall Corporation.

Simultaneously, Andrew also served as a Field Reconnaissance Intern at RMC Water and Environment in 2011. In 2017, they joined Quincy Engineering, Inc. as an Associate Engineer, where they remained until 2022.

Currently, Andrew is employed at CONSOR Engineers as a Senior Engineer, a role they assumed in October 2022.

Andrew Mitchell, PE completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific in the year 2010. After their graduation, they obtained the certification of Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) from the California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) in June 2018. In May 2015, they became a Licensed Professional Engineer, obtaining this certification from the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
