Charlie Hocking

Charlie Hocking, PE, is an experienced executive in the engineering and infrastructure consulting sectors, currently serving as an Independent Director at CONSOR Engineers, Inframark, and Azuria Water Solutions, as well as a Strategic Advisor at Transcend. Charlie founded CSH Strategies, LLC to provide executive management and strategy consulting to engineering and construction firms. Previously, Charlie held multiple leadership roles at Hazen and Sawyer, including President, CEO, and Chairman, where significant growth and strategic development were achieved. Charlie's early career included project management roles at CH2M and service as a Boatswain's Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard. Charlie earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
