Eric Harbeson, PE, SPRATllI has over 16 years of work experience in the engineering industry. Eric is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Louis Berger Services from August 2020 to January 2021, where they led the SCDOT Bridge Asset Management project and oversaw necessary repair projects.
From 2019 to 2021, Eric worked as a Supervising Bridge Engineer at WSP USA, leading structural inspection, design, analysis, and rehabilitation projects. Eric actively managed inspection projects, coordinated with clients and subcontractors, and contributed to developing technical and cost proposals.
Between 2018 and 2019, Eric held the position of Director of Business Development at Proudfoot Associates Inc. Alongside pursuing business opportunities and partnerships, they also worked as a Senior Structural Engineer on bridge deck and bearing replacement projects for the Ohio Turnpike and FRP bridge replacement for the Toledo Zoo.

Eric completed the department's internal training program, rotating through various sections and gaining experience in bridge construction, road design, planning, materials, traffic, transit, environmental, maintenance, bridge management, and quality control.

Eric Harbeson, PE, SPRATllI graduated from the University of Delaware in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Eric obtained their Professional Engineer certification from the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers in January 2015. Additionally, they obtained their Level III certification from the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) in January 2023.
