Juan Cruz

Juan Cruz started their work experience in 2010 at Cruz-Ta Welding, where they worked as a Project Manager, Welder, and Engineer until 2014. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Quincy Engineering, Inc., starting as an Assistant Engineer and progressing to Associate Engineer and then Senior Engineer. In 2022, they joined CONSOR Engineers as a Senior Engineer, where their responsibilities include analysis, inspections, design, and plan preparation for transportation infrastructure projects in California. Juan also takes on roles such as Design Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager, while serving as a mentor to some and a mentee to others.

Juan Cruz attended California State University, Fresno from 2008 to 2011 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with Magna Cum Laude honors.
