Nathan Palmer

VP & Arizona Lead at CONSOR Engineers

Nathan has been involved in surveying, engineering, testing, inspection, and bridge design for more than 20 years. He has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in civil engineering from the University of Arizona. Nathan’s project related responsibilities include the structural design, rehabilitation, special inspection, load rating, and project management for transportation-related structures including vehicular bridges, pedestrian bridges, noise walls, retaining walls, drainage structures, traffic structures, and temporary works. He has completed small and large projects in Arizona, Utah, and Colorado utilizing design-bid-build, design-build, and contract manager at risk contracting methods. Nathan has also served as chair of the Arizona Bridge Technical Committee and chair of the University of Arizona Alumni Industry Council. In 2015, he received the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from the University of Arizona’s Alumni Association and the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from the Civil Engineering department in 2019.
