Todd Eckhart has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Todd is currently working as a Deputy Project Manager at Jacobs since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers starting from July 2019. From December 2012 to July 2019, Todd worked as a Structural Engineer at Stantec. Before that, they were associated with Nolan Associates, Inc. for over a decade, where they held the position of Design Engineer. During their time at Nolan Associates, Inc., Todd completed numerous bridge inspections for various government agencies and also conducted an independent peer review of the US Fish & Wildlife Service Bridge Management Program. Todd began their career as an Engineer/Estimator at Kiewit in June 2000, where they were responsible for construction bidding and job site project management. Additionally, they gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Beavin/Dewberry & Davis and Nolan Associates, Inc. during their college years. Todd also has a brief experience as a Lab Technician at Johns Hopkins University.
Todd Eckhart attended Mt. Hebron High School from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Colorado State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
