Zak Toledo

Zak’s non-traditional background in ecology and environmental permitting allow him to see patterns, interfaces, and pathways to desired outcomes. With this perspective and his knack for cultivating unified and innovative teams, Zak is well suited for AEC operations. He served for two years as the Oregon and Southwest Washington regional manager at Murraysmith, a preeminent water engineering firm that joined CONSOR in 2021. He’s since expanded his focus across the Northwest, seeing that their water program continues to be at the industry forefront while expanding to support more communities. As a natural collaborator and facilitator, Zak provides opportunities for their growing team to connect with resources and technical experts throughout CONSOR.

What Zak finds most rewarding about his work is moving communities forward by nurturing people’s appreciation for their infrastructure, the environment, and their fellow citizens. A first-generation Oregonian, Zak loves to spend his free time wandering the coast.
