Marta Rosa Gil

Marta Rosa Gil is a seasoned language professional with diverse experience in linguistics and education. Currently serving as a Técnica de normalización lingüística at Consorci per a la Normalització Lingüística since April 2022, Marta has previously held roles including Central Operations Associate at Amazon Logistics and Linguist at Tradecir, specializing in translation and language services. Additional teaching experience includes instructing Spanish as a Foreign Language at Spanglish Club USA and providing Catalan and Spanish lessons at British House Languages. Marta has also contributed as a Cultural Mediator at Seprotec, and engaged in chatbot training projects with Welocalize and Smartcat. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Literaturas hispánicas from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and a degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, alongside various specialized courses in legal translation and language teaching.
