Paul Roberts OBE is a seasoned professional in the LGBT+ sector, currently serving as Chief Executive of the Consortium of LGBT Voluntary and Community Organisations since April 2011. This national infrastructure charity aims to advocate for LGBT+ issues and support the sector's development. Previously, Paul held the position of Deputy Director at The Intercom Trust from April 2003 to March 2011, where responsibilities included the development of LGB&T training services in Devon & Cornwall and enhancing infrastructure services for LGB&T organisations in the South West peninsula. Paul holds a degree in Arts Management and Theatre from Falmouth University, completed in 2003.
