Shawn Ehrhart

Shawn Ehrhart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shawn began their career in 1993 as the Southeastern Operations Manager and Executive Account Manager at Newborn Enterprises, Inc., where they managed a team of delivery drivers and oversaw sales for over 300 customer accounts. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Corrections Officer at the Eastern Regional Jail of West Virginia. Shawn then transitioned to the role of Inventory Control Specialist at The Home Depot IDC #5362 from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined PepsiCo - Frito Lay as a Route Sales Representative, managing a large-format sales route in Northern Virginia. From 2007 to 2012, Ehrhart worked as the General Manager & NDT Level 2 at J & E Technical Services, LLC, performing routine NDT duties in various industries. In 2012, they joined Constant Aviation as the Director of Operations - NDT and ASNT NDT Level 3, overseeing daily NDT operations for a dynamic MRO and providing NDT solutions for aerospace and non-aerospace customers globally.

Shawn Ehrhart began their education in 1990 at Penna. College of Tech., where they pursued a field of study in Business Management. Shawn completed their studies in the following year. In 1991, they enrolled at Penn State University and studied Business Administration and Management, without obtaining a degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Shawn Ehrhart obtained various certifications related to nondestructive testing and welding inspection. In August 2018, they completed NDT Level III certifications in Electromagnetic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Ultrasonic Testing from ASNT (The American Society for Nondestructive Testing). Prior to these certifications, in November 2016, they became a Certified Welding Inspector from the American Welding Society. Additionally, in May 2013, they obtained ASNT NDT Level 3 No. 210301 from ASNT.
