Michael Pellegrino

Michael Pellegrino is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Constant Contact since March 2021, Pellegrino previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at SumTotal Systems, LLC, from December 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Pellegrino had a long tenure at Skillsoft, where roles included Chief Financial Officer and various senior vice president positions in finance and investor relations from November 2005 to December 2019. Pellegrino began the professional career as a financial analyst at EY from January 2002 to November 2005. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
