Zhong Chen

Zhong Chen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Staff Engineer at Constant Contact since April 2019, Zhong leads the architecture design and implementation of AI, ML, and automation applications. Prior to this, roles at Verizon included Tech Manager/Engineering Lead and Product Manager, during which Zhong spearheaded the design of IoT cloud microservices and managed various product lifecycles. Earlier experiences at Verizon Enterprise Solutions and GTE Laboratories involved significant contributions to enterprise portal infrastructure and telecom systems. Zhong holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China. Expert in multiple technologies including Python, AI/ML, and cloud services.
