Mandy van Deven

Mandy Van Deven is the founder of Both/And Solutions, an organization focused on philanthropic advising, organizational learning, grantmaking, and narrative infrastructure. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, Mandy has collaborated with numerous philanthropic partners such as the NoVo Foundation and the Oak Foundation, and has served in leadership roles including co-lead at Elemental and board member at Thousand Currents. Mandy's expertise extends to advisory roles with organizations like Puentes and the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, as well as serving as ombudsperson for Constanter. Mandy holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Women's Studies from Georgia State University.
