Huy Nguyen

Huy Nguyen has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Huy started their career in 2013 at Avery Dennison, where they held positions as a GOLD Associate and Project Coordinator before becoming a Production Manager. In this role, they managed production, quality control, planning, and technical teams, leading significant projects and improvement initiatives. Huy also designed and implemented operational improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services. Huy then worked as a Project Manager at CCL Label from 2016 to 2017. Huy later returned to Avery Dennison as a Production Manager, where they continued to excel in managing people, materials, and equipment to achieve area performance objectives. In 2018, Huy joined Constantia Flexibles as a Production Manager and Operational Excellence Leader. Huy was promoted to Head of Production & Application Engineering in 2022 and is currently serving as the Head of Operations from 2023.

Huy Nguyen obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2013. Later, in 2022, Huy completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from MBA ESG. Additionally, Huy possesses a number of certifications, including the GOLD Program Graduation from Avery Dennison in 2015, and various certifications in areas such as lean immersion training, AutoCAD, energy management, ISO standards, and project management.
