Richard Kelsey has extensive work experience in various finance and corporate roles. Richard'smost recent position is as the CFO at Constantia Flexibles, which they assumed in March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Interim CFO and SVP Group Finance, Head of Group Accounting and Controlling at the same company from October 2020 to March 2021 and from May 2017 to October 2020, respectively. Before joining Constantia Flexibles, Richard was the Head of M&A at the company from October 2010 to April 2017.

Prior to their tenure at Constantia Flexibles, Richard held the position of Head of Corporate Development at KHD Humboldt Wedag International from September 2008 to September 2010. Richard also worked as a Director at Raiffeisen Investment from September 2005 to September 2008.

Richard's early career includes their role as an Equity Analyst at Cazenove in London, where they were responsible for writing detailed research reports, marketing to institutional clients, building and maintaining financial models, and participating in equity capital market transactions and corporate brokering activities. Richard was also involved in the flotation of Umbro in May 2004 and organizing sector-specific conferences. Richard began their career as an Assistant Manager, Audit Financial Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, where they worked from January 1997 to August 2000.

Richard Kelsey attended The University of Edinburgh from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a MA degree in History.
