Veronika Sauer

Veronika Sauer currently serves as the SVP of Business Development - Pharma at Constantia Flexibles since November 2025. Prior to this role, Veronika held various leadership positions at LANXESS from November 2006 to October 2025, including VP of Commercial Excellence & Growth Projects and VP of Global Head of Marketing for the Lubricant Additives business, where responsibilities included driving profitable growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. Veronika also served as VP and Global Head of Business Development for Additives, overseeing strategy, innovation, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in Veronika's career, experience as a Management Trainee at McKinsey & Company was gained from 2002 to 2003. Veronika's educational background includes a Master’s Degree from the University of Duisburg-Essen, participation in the Chief Marketing Officer Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and completion of the Kellogg Executive Scholar program scheduled from February 2024 to July 2025.
