Kerri Joy serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Constellation Brands since January 2018, leading initiatives focused on professional development, coaching, and onboarding, while also actively participating in Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Previously, Kerri held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Tribune Publishing Company from August 2011 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing the sales development and operations team and executing growth strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Tribune Media, where Kerri was Manager of Training and Development, designing new hire training and advanced training, as well as Sales Team Lead, managing a sales team to achieve revenue goals. Kerri's career began at CareerBuilder.com as a Senior Account Executive, developing advertising relationships and engaging with C-level executives. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago.
