Sarah Bedinghaus

Sarah Bedinghaus is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and wellbeing. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Benefits and Wellbeing at Constellation Brands since November 2014, Sarah focuses on global employee engagement through benefits and wellbeing programming. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Employee Experience and Director of Talent Effectiveness, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, hybrid work strategies, and talent review processes. Prior to joining Constellation Brands, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Crown Imports, LLC, and held various HR roles at Constellation Services, Fisher Scientific, and Tribune Company, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing employee relations and organizational effectiveness. Sarah holds a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Theater Arts from Boston College.
