Tien Shiao

Tien Shiao is a seasoned water stewardship expert with extensive experience in sustainability and environmental management. Currently serving as the Water Stewardship Manager at Constellation Brands, Tien leads community-focused water initiatives and engages employees through webinars and volunteer activities. Previously, Tien worked as a Sustainability Program Manager at Google, supporting the launch of a water stewardship strategy and developing internal and external communications. Tien also held roles at the Pacific Institute as a Senior Researcher overseeing corporate water programs, and at H&M focusing on sustainability stakeholder engagement in China. Tien's career includes significant contributions to the World Resources Institute, where a global water risk assessment tool was developed, and involvement with the United Nations representing the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Tien holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Yale University and has educational qualifications in Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering from reputable universities.
