Peter Gualtieri is currently serving as the Regional Director of Service & Event Operations at Constellation Culinary Group since April 2023. Previously, Peter held positions at Brûlée Catering as the Commissary/ District General Manager and Director of Service & Special Projects. Additionally, Peter worked as an Event Manager, executing clients' visions within the company. Prior to this, Peter served as the General Manager at Barrels Fine Italian Foods, overseeing all aspects of the family business. Peter studied at Widener University and Atlantic Cape Community College.
