Brian Buck

Brian Buck currently serves as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Constellation since February 2022. Prior to this role, Buck held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Exelon from March 2016 to February 2022 and at Pepco Holdings from January 2014 to March 2016. Buck began a legal career as a Senior Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman from October 2008 to January 2014, and previously worked as an Associate at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP from 2003 to 2008. Buck’s practice areas encompass general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity offerings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance issues. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School (2000-2003) and a B.A. in Politics from Wake Forest University (1996-2000).
