Caleb Tristano

Caleb Tristano is a seasoned professional in engineering and quality assurance with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Supervisor of Field Operations at Constellation since January 2024, Caleb coordinates operational activities and performs plant walkdowns to address deficiencies. Previously, as Project QA Coordinator at Argonne National Laboratory from August 2022 to December 2023, Caleb managed QA/QC elements for the Advanced Photon Source Upgrade Project, streamlining the Quality Management System. Caleb has held roles including Nuclear Quality Assurance Engineer at John Crane, where responsibilities included Nuclear Program Management and Regulatory Compliance, as well as positions in research and engineering internships. An alumnus of the University of Illinois Chicago, Caleb holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics. Caleb's foundational experience includes a tenure in the US Navy as an Engineering Laboratory Technician and a role as a Crew Leader for the U.S. Census Bureau.
