Brent Ladd

Brent Ladd is an experienced electrical professional currently serving as a Field Supervisor for Electric Operations at Eversource Energy since October 2012, responsible for assigning work to Linemen, overseeing projects with contractors, and ensuring safety compliance. Brent has a history of leadership roles, including Overhead Training Leader, Lead Lineman, and Troubleshooter T-Man, demonstrating expertise in instructing apprentices, directing crews, and managing storm restorations. Prior experience includes working with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) as an Electrical Journeyman Lineman and Lead Lineman, contributing to significant storm restoration efforts, and having additional roles in electrical projects with CIANBRO and as a Class A Commercial Driver with Lavalley Lumber. Brent holds diplomas and certifications in Electrical Journeyman Lineman from Kennebec Valley Community College and the National Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee, as well as a commercial driver's license from Northeast Career School.
