David Creer

David Creer serves as the State Government Affairs Manager at Constellation since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Relations Specialist at Eversource Energy from October 2021 to October 2023 and as the Director of Public Policy at the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire from July 2019 to October 2021. David's earlier career features positions such as William Craig Fellow at the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, where legal research and document drafting were key responsibilities, and various legal internships including an analyst role at the Office of Strategic Initiatives focusing on biomass energy viability. David holds a Juris Doctorate from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
