Samuel Bayless

Samuel Bayless serves as the State Government Affairs Manager at Nikola Corporation since September 2022, following a role as Senior Policy Associate focusing on infrastructure. Prior to this, Samuel held the position of Director of Policy at the California Fuels & Convenience Alliance from February 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing government affairs and managing industry relationships. Samuel's political experience includes serving as Political Director for Sheriff Scott Jones's congressional campaign, handling voter outreach and volunteer management. Earlier roles include Associate Account Manager and Sales Development Representative at Simply Hired, and an editorial internship at Britely. Samuel graduated from Santa Clara University in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
