David Wagner

David Wagner has a robust background in construction and supply operations, currently serving as Director of Construction & Commercial Growth Sourcing at Constellation since February 2022. Previously, David held various leadership positions at Exelon from 2011 to 2022, including Director of Supply Operations—Power and Sr. Manager Strategic Sourcing. Prior experiences also include a role as Business Development Executive at A-Line E.D.S. and various positions at Exelon between 2006 and 2010. Earlier in the career, David worked as a Field Contract Administrator at AECOM Technology Corp from 2003 to 2005. David holds a degree from the University of Northern Iowa, completed in 2003.
