Glen Kaegi

Glen Kaegi is a seasoned professional in nuclear security and licensing, currently serving as the Vice President of Nuclear Security, Licensing, Environmental, and Emergency Preparedness at Constellation since January 2019, after retiring from a long tenure at Exelon Nuclear. With extensive experience dating back to 1997 at Exelon, Glen Kaegi held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Nuclear Security, where responsibilities included overseeing nuclear licensing for seven stations and ensuring compliance. Prior roles included Director of Cyber Security, where foundational cyber security measures in accordance with regulatory standards were developed, and Director of Nuclear Security, responsible for implementing security operations across ten nuclear sites. Earlier career positions at Iowa Electric involved engineering and operations, complemented by educational credentials including a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and multiple certifications related to reactor operation and safety.
