Grant McGuire

Grant McGuire has extensive experience in retail operations and energy management. Currently serving as Principal of Retail Operations (C&I Gas) and former Senior Analyst (C&I Power) at Constellation since May 2021, Grant plays a key role in optimizing retail operations. At S.A.F.E. Management since July 2015, Grant supervises customer service at M & T Bank Stadium events, ensuring a safe environment for attendees. Previous roles include Business Analyst at MD Energy Advisors from August 2018 to May 2021 and multiple positions at Resource Energy Systems, LLC from June 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included energy billing calculations and client satisfaction. Educationally, Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy, Business and Finance from Penn State University and is currently pursuing an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Grant's background also includes experience as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State University and internships in energy consulting.
