Heather Harrison

Heather Harrison is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and corporate law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel - Litigation at Constellation since February 2022, Heather previously held the role of Assistant General Counsel at Exelon from August 2017 to February 2022. Prior to that, Heather was an Associate at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from March 2015 to July 2017 and at Locke Lord LLP from September 2008 to March 2015, which was formerly known as Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP. Heather holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
