John Condreay

John Condreay, MSTD, serves as the Emergency Preparedness Manager at Constellation since February 2022, overseeing a federally mandated emergency preparedness organization. Previously, Condreay held the position of Operations Training Manager, managing a diverse team of 18 instructors and ensuring compliance with training requirements for 70 NRC licenses. With extensive experience at Exelon Nuclear, from 2002 to 2022, Condreay served as Operations Training Manager, Corporate Training Oversight Manager, and Senior Operations Instructor, focusing on developing and evaluating operator training programs. Early career roles included being an Adjunct Professor at Joliet Junior College and a Nuclear Reactor Operator in the US Navy. Condreay holds a Master of Science in Training and Development from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Technology from Excelsior University.
