Kathleen Corcoran

Kathleen Corcoran is an experienced professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as Manager of Learning & OD at Constellation Energy since 2004. In this role, Kathleen leads the mentoring program and first-level leadership development initiatives, acts as a liaison between the Diversity Council and Business Resource Groups, and facilitates career development workshops. Previously, Kathleen was a Principal Learning & OD Consultant, managing the enterprise-wide Employee Engagement Survey and providing support for training in nuclear and fossil business sectors. Kathleen's earlier experience includes managing training and professional development at Baxter Healthcare and serving as Corporate OD Manager at Millennium Chemicals. Kathleen holds a Master of Arts in Education from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science in Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
