La'Condra Allen

La'Condra Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate leadership and analytics. Currently the President and Founder of the Alliance for African American Advancement (4A) at Constellation since July 2006, La'Condra has successfully established initiatives to enhance the recruitment, retention, and professional development of African American employees. Additionally, La'Condra has held roles such as Senior Analyst in Retail Volume Analytics, where responsibilities included verifying trade settlements and managing invoicing processes, and Vice President and Founder of the Exelon African American Resource Alliance (EAARA), further promoting diversity within the workforce. Previous experience includes positions as an Analyst in Gas Operations and Marketing Assistant at Chevron Lubricants Business Center. La'Condra holds an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.A. in Accounting from Kentucky State University.
