Mark Newcomer

Mark Newcomer is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the nuclear energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Growth and Fleet Services at Constellation, Mark oversees refuel outages across 21 stations. Previously, Mark held multiple senior leadership roles at Exelon Nuclear, including Senior Vice President of Nuclear Operations, where oversight was provided for the Mid-Atlantic Exelon Nuclear Fleet, and Senior Vice President of Engineering/Technical Services. Mark possesses a strong background in operational oversight, fleet support, and outage performance, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering.
