Michael F. Hertzfeld

Michael F. Hertzfeld serves as the Senior Manager of Security Programs at Constellation since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing security programs to protect company assets and collaborating with cross-functional teams for risk assessments. Concurrently, Michael holds the position of Corporate Security Manager at Delaware State University since August 2020 and has a long-standing role as an Adjunct Professor with the Delaware Capitol Police from January 2009 to July 2023. Previously, as Division Director and Chief of Police at Delaware Capitol Police, oversight included managing an $11 million budget and the safety of 106 facilities while supervising a large team of law enforcement officers and civilian staff. Michael's earlier positions include Regional Commander and Operations Manager, focusing on police operations and personnel management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, attendance at the FBI National Academy in 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University.
