Rachael Crane is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Principal Talent & Organizational Development Consultant at Constellation since April 2024, Rachael manages talent pipeline and succession planning while supporting business leaders in achieving key objectives through workforce diversity. Previously, Rachael held multiple roles at Hydro-Gear, including Talent Development Leader and Training Leader, focusing on talent retention and training program development. Earlier career highlights include serving as Learning and Development Manager at Archer Daniels Midland Company and Executive Director of the Arcola Chamber of Commerce.
