Suraj Punjabi

Suraj Punjabi is a highly experienced tax professional with a diverse background in federal tax planning and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Federal Tax Planning at Constellation since February 2022, Suraj previously held the position of Senior Manager of Tax Planning and Audits. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Tax Planning and Manager of Tax Controversy at Exelon from April 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing federal tax audits and advocating taxpayer positions. Earlier career stages featured positions at Ernst & Young as a Tax Manager, Tri-Merit LLC as a Tax Consultant, and Hennessy & Roach as an Associate, where Suraj gained expertise in tax consulting, litigation support, and legal research. Suraj holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
