Zina Williams-Foote

Zina Williams-Foote, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at Constellation since January 2019, with a diverse background in project management across various organizations. Previous experiences include roles as IT Project Manager at Sinclair Broadcast Group, Project Manager at Cirdan Group, and Senior Project Manager at Cognosante. Zina has also served as Project Manager at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Social Security Administration, as well as Program Manager at CACI and Project Manager at Unisys. Zina holds a Master’s degree in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
