John Lipps

John Lipps is an experienced professional with a career spanning over two decades in corporate services and management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Services and Director of Fulfillment, Purchasing & Travel at Constellation Insurance, Inc., John has played a significant role since the company's acquisition of Ohio National Financial Services in 2022. Prior to this, John held various positions at UPS, including Supervisor/Recruiter, from 1999 to 2004. John holds a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati and an Associate Degree in Business Management Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. John also holds professional designations, including ACS and ALMI.
